Happy New Year!

This NYE has to be the best by far.  During the day Josh and I took the girls to Ikea and let them play in their play room while we took the time to chat about anything we wanted without the kids crying/yelling.  From Ikea we went to the mall where we walked around and let the kids release even more energy at the play park.  Sitting at the play park Josh asked me if I wanted to go to Weisfield.  What girl would turn THAT down??  So we had to go to another mall for that store so we packed the kids up and took them to an "outdoor" mall.  I picked out the bracelet I absolutely love.   And Josh threw in a matching necklace.  So by now it was getting dark and we went home and I cooked us all dinner.  Finally after all day of hearing Natalie ask "When are we having s'mores?"  we went to spend the rest of NYE at Josh's parents house.  We spent most of the time around the firepit which was warm and relaxing.  Natalie FINALLY got to have her long awaited S'more.  Keeping Natalie warm in my arms she asked me if she could stay up all night, I said she could stay up until she falls asleep.  ..10 minutes later, she was asleep.  It was a simple NYE spent with family instead of a bar with drunks.

Who knew?

..That 9 months ago I'd have wonderful little family? I think I'm pretty lucky :)  Happy 9 months Josh.
I know I know this blog entry is a day late but last night I wanted to write this but I was so tired from Theraflu that I would have been asleep and drooling on the keyboard. So this is a day late but the point is still there.  I love you.

Plasma Racers, Scooters, Makeup oh my!

Today was Christmas Eve, and Josh and I made a call to Santa asking if he could possibly come early for our girls since Josh has to work on Christmas day.  Well the big man came through and we have been up since 5am!!  I dont even think I can name off everything these kids got, it ranges from Plasma Racers to Razor scooters to makeup.  I would go more into detail about the day but I'm super sick and cant even think straight anymore.  The day started off with presents at Josh's house and finished at Aunt Jen and Uncle Patricks house for MORE presents.  Annnnnd Santa gets to make another delivery but to Natalie's house in the morning.  I am officially Christmas fried.   Enjoy the pictures from this morning. Blog coma

It’s been since April since my last confession.  HA, who am I kidding?  It’s been since April since my last blog, Holy cow!  So much has happened since April.  Birthdays, Disneyland, Tucson trips, and now we are quickly approaching Christmas! Natalie is now 4 ½ and has grown taller and has gotten slimmer.  She looks more like a little girl than my baby girl.  She is anxiously awaiting Santa’s visit this year.  Her list hasn’t changed for a month, Makeup, Xia Xia Crabs, and a Barbie house.  Oh and she would like a mommy for her dog Biscuit.  Josh and I have been dated for 9 months and it's been fantastic.  Our girls are even getting along better.  Now I can blog from the comfort of under my covers thanks to my laptop Christmas present!! Seriously, best man, EVER.  My New Year’s resolution is to keep up with my blog and not leave so many gaps.  Next update should be Christmas Eve if I can get to bed before the jolly fat man comes with presents!
